In the boiler room in clubpenguin right next to the boiler, click the 4th anniversary pin, and there's your new pin for ya! If you don't know how to get to the boiler room, go to the night club, and click the right speaker, then there should be a ladder, go down it and there is your boiler room, then just click the pin. Here's a picture to go with it.
